Body signals
Notice how your own body tends to speak, and how to listen without jumping to conclusions.
Live online workshop
The Live Clarity Lab with Sunflower. A live, interactive workshop for the moments when a feeling is real but the pressure around it is loud.
Sunday, November 15, 2026 · 3:00–4:30 PM Mountain Time
Why this matters
A feeling can be real and still be hard to read. A pull, a flutter, a sense that you should act right now. Many people find it difficult to tell what is guidance and what is pressure.
When the noise is loud, it is easy to doubt yourself, ask everyone else, or rush into a decision you later question.
This workshop gives you a calm, practical way to slow down, notice what your own signal feels like, and choose your next step on purpose.
What you will explore

Learn to tell the difference between a rush to act and a steady inner knowing.

Meet Sunflower
For 36 years, I have worked as a psychic medium mentor and teacher, helping people understand what they are sensing while staying grounded in their own authority.
You choose what to share and what to take with you. My goal is a warm, grounded space where you can slow down and listen more closely to your own inner knowing.
